Enjoyed the monsoon festivals of Teej and Raksha Bandhan. Often topped with rabri, nuts, and edible leaves.

Rasmalai is a South Asian dessert that originates in Bengal. Ras means nectar, and Malai means juicy cream in Hindi.
Cottage cheese patty in sweetened & thickened milk syrup. So spongy and sprinkled with pistachios.
Very delicious in taste. It is served chilled at Indian weddings and festivals.

Pound cake is delicious, especially the orange flavor. It is a frozen and Americana brand.
Very tasty, indeed, just like freshly baked. I grew up eating this pound orange cake in Kuwait.
Especially on weekends with my father. Enjoying it with a cup of tea!
