Ghevar is a traditional disc-shaped Rajasthani dessert. Has honeycomb texture.

Enjoyed the monsoon festivals of Teej and Raksha Bandhan. Often topped with rabri, nuts, and edible leaves.

It looks very colorful and very delicious too!
