Rasmalai is a South Asian dessert that originates in Bengal. Ras means nectar, and Malai means juicy cream in Hindi.

Cottage cheese patty in sweetened & thickened milk syrup. So spongy and sprinkled with pistachios.

Very delicious in taste. It is served chilled at Indian weddings and festivals.
