In the Netherlands it’s possible to request a second smart meter (also called a “S.A.P.” or MeLOEA, meerdere leveranciers op één aansluiting). You can get a separate contract on this meter and connect circuits (“stroomgroepen”) in your home to them, e.g. the charger that has load that you can shift with Stekker. Shifting loads makes it attractive and easy to save.
In general, a solar inverter group is best put on a normal contract as well as the loads that you cannot steer.
